Sissies Stay Home!

Why hallo thar! I’m Motley, Winter’s PITA. For those of you who don’t know Winter [my mom] or what PITA stands for… Well, I’m a Pain In The Ass. According to her anyway. I’m twenty-one, born and raised in California, and… Only proud of that sometimes. Honestly, I took a California Government class and all I learned was that it’s one fucked up state.

I’ve got a wonderful, loving mother by the name of… Who am I kidding? My mom’s a bitch. BUT, she’s a cool bitch, and I love her lots. Except when she yells at me, then I don’t like her so much. Anyway, we’ll just call her Winter. We have way too many cats. You’ll hear plenty of things about them, most likely. That’s about the extent of my family these days, though you’ll probably come across a mention of my dad once or twice. He doesn’t talk to me anymore, though.

I’m crazy enough to have fallen for Fallen, a man I met on World of Warcraft while discussing the tastiness of spam. I mean, with a conversation like that, how can you not fall in love? His name’s John though and he’s so sweet to me. <3 We never thought we’d make it this far, we kind of figured it’d be a fun little internet fling, but it’s turned into so much more. I’m glad I have him in my life.

I’m also crazy enough to have left home kind of and sort of moved in with two of my guy friends, Pierce and Mike (AKA Fifi). They’re about as crazy as it gets. Fifi’s a culinary major and Pierce is a graphic design major and we all like video games. Good food, good alcohol, good games, good times. Life can get interesting, even though I spend half of it in front of a computer.

I’m a student at the Art Institute of California too, working for a Bachelor of Science degree in Game Art & Design. People think going to an art school must be easy… It’s not. Accelerated classes, projects every week, high expectations, it’s all a part of the package. I was in one of the easiest drawing classes a few quarters back and passed with a C. I later found out I was one of three people to even pass at all. I’m quite happy with that C now.

My life revolves around my mom, my schoolwork, my few friends, my boyfriend, and World of Warcraft. No, I’m not an addict, I’m just very loyal to the game for a number of reasons. It relaxes me to play it. Killing large monsters is great for stress relief, seriously.
