Sissies Stay Home!

I’m a twenty two (22) year old artist, gamer, and socially deprived female. Yes! A female gamer! We do exist. Mostly I play MMOs because I don’t actually have any consoles. You know, money’s tight and all. My dream is to get into the game industry as a 2D artist. I left the Art Institute because of it. With only two classes in anatomy and everything else in 3D… Well, it would’ve cost more in the long run to go there and then have to take illustration classes on the side too.

I have a wonderful boyfriend of almost two years now. He’s been wonderful to me. I could wax poetic about him for hours, so I won’t get started. ;D I will say that he’s a graphic design student and very talented. My mother works in the accounting department at a mortuary by day and is an award winning erotic romance author by night. You can find links to her sites on my sidebar if you’re interested. She’s a really good writer, seriously.

Now, I decided I wanted to not so much focus on my own life and woes, but on art and gaming. I’ve become a member of a budding community on the Star Wars: The Old Republic forums with a number of posts concerning bug fixes, game development, community questions, and artwork. If you followed the link in my Game Dev Guide, welcome! I’ll be posting a lot about SWTOR and MMO gaming in general. I’ll also try to tie in my art with gaming as well, so many of the art pieces you’ll see are inspired by something in a game. Occasionally I’ll throw in my own designs.
